These terms govern your use of the free digital companion hubs published by Quiet Woodland Studio ("we," "us," "our"), including the Yellowstone Bonus Hub at quietwoodlandstudio.com (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service is a free bonus content hub that accompanies a physical or digital book you've purchased. Registration requires a valid book access code, printed in your copy of the book. Some content is visible to anyone visiting the site; some is reserved for registered readers who've verified a code.
You must be at least 13 years of age to register for the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Your book access code is for your personal use as the purchaser of the book. Please don't share it publicly or use it to grant access to people who haven't purchased a copy — this keeps the bonus content available and sustainable for everyone. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email address secure, since that's how you access your account.
The Service includes travel-planning information (park hours, fees, wildlife activity, road and weather conditions, and similar details) drawn from official sources such as the National Park Service and the National Weather Service. We do our best to keep this current, and some sections show when they were last checked. But official sources change without notice, and travel conditions — especially safety-related ones — can shift quickly.
Always verify safety-critical information — road closures, weather warnings, wildlife activity, permit requirements — directly with the official park or agency before you travel. Quiet Woodland Studio is not responsible for outcomes resulting from outdated or inaccurate third-party information, or from a source failing to update in time.
The book and the Service's content are owned by Quiet Woodland Studio and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial reference use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or republish the content, or use it to train other software, without our written permission.
Please don't: attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or bulk-download the Service; interfere with its normal operation; or use an access code you weren't given by purchasing the book.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@quietwoodlandstudio.com — see our Privacy Policy for details. We may also suspend or delete an account that violates these terms. Deleting an account means giving up access to the bonus hub tied to it.
The Service is provided "as is," free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Woodland Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content, including travel decisions made based on it.
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the update.
